    • 1 Regular Battle left

    • Create all the art for this area and entities (Also working on this)
    • Create song for the area
    • Make music for the important events
  • Remake some rooms in the second area of the game
  • End of the game
    • Implement scene for the end of the game
    • Make music for this scene
  • Post Production
    • Add steam achievements
    • + Playtest the game and change things when necessary
    • Create cool art for desktop wallpapers
      • 2 drawings should be enough

Some Detail

I started working on a new system to organize myself to work on the game. I'm only working on the game on specific hours where I'm not exhausted and there are not social activities. I started doing it last week and I think its working, I managed to post on screenshot saturday for the first time in forever.

Anyways, here are the bullet points:

  • Fixed a bug for the Level Editor where the layers got mixed up when exporting a map as a png
  • Polished two rooms for the last area
    • First Room
      • Drew background
      • Added props
      • Setted Camera limits
    • Second Room
      • Drew background
      • Added props
      • Added 2 events (cant say what they are because spoilers)
  • Finished Boss Battle Start of last area
    • Added 2 complex events for before and after the battle
      • With simple animation
      • This took most of my time during march
    • Fixed camera issues in this room
    • Added 3 extra events to the room it happened

The Plan

My current plan is to finish as many rooms as I can during april so I can test if my new system for working on the game works. When that's done I'll work on the complex events, the final boss battle, etc.

I'll probably work on make it so the game can be played from start to finish as soon as possible. After that I'll work on the other stuff, like music, balancing, and fun little events here and there.

Until next time!
